What forms of payments do you accept?
Chocolette accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners or payments through Paypal and Amazon Payments.
When will my order ship?
Our team needs 2-3 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 3:00pm est on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on Monday.
Made-to-order items take 4 - 6 weeks to make. This does not include shipping time. If the dress is delayed, we will notify you promptly with an approximate ship date. We recommend ordering your dresses about 2-3 months before the date that they are needed so that you'd receive them with time to spare!
What size am I?
Dresses are ordered according to our Size Guide. Between sizes? Size up!

What is your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed after 3:00pm est on Friday - or over the weekend - will ship on Monday. Orders with standard priority shipping take approximately 2-3 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination.
Do we get charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders delivered within New York.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over the U.S., Canada and internationally.
For international shipments, please note that import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
How do I track my package?
After your package is shipped, we will email you with tracking information.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Except for made-to-order items, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price excluding any shipping charges. Made-to-order dresses may be exchanged for a different size once and the exchange must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, with all original tags still attached.
If you receive a damaged item, you may return your order within 14 days. Simply send us an email with your order number, name and an image of the damaged item at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will assist you personally.
How do I make a return?
To return an item, please notify us by emailing email@example.com and ship the item back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We recommend that you return all items, prepaid, via a carrier with a tracking number. Once the return has been received and accepted, you will receive your refund via the same means that was used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for us to refund your credit card upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
